Campus photographers and professional photographers working on contract for UC Davis units must obtain written consent from identifiable subjects in their photos, and must retain signed releases indefinitely. Please use the model release form at the above link.

Photo assignment form
The campus photographer serves the offices of the Chancellor and Provost, University Communications and other University Relations units, and Undergraduate Admissions. We are happy to share photos from our collection with other campus communicators and the news media, but we cannot provide photographic services to other units.
Authorized staff should use this form to request a photo shoot. If your name is not in the drop-down requestors menu, please contact Karin directly at khiggins@ucdavis.edu.
